Seeing and Observing Nature Workshop (October 18 @11AM) - FREE

Regular price $0.00
Sale price $0.00
Join Atlanta-based nature photographer, journaler, and writer Susanne Swing Thompson for an inspiring workshop, "Simple Practices for Seeing and Observing Nature Right Where You Are."

There is so much beauty right where we are, but we need to slow down and see it. Susanne Swing Thompson will talk about practices you can do right in your own yard to take in – and see more of – the nature around you. Through photos captured in her neighborhood, Susanne will share “ways of seeing” that you can implement in your everyday life, and even as you take photos with your phone. Put into practice, these ideas can give you moments of focused calm and connection to place – and some delightful photos, too!

Susanne will also have for sale a sampling of her note cards, greeting cards, bookmarks, and her book (A Closer Look | The Neighborhood).

Details:

  • Date & Time: Saturday, October 18, 11:00AM – 11:45AM (Suzanne will be available after the workshop to talk 1-on-1 and sign her books.)
  • Location: Blossom & Vine Studio, 5950 State Bridge Road, Suite 100, Johns Creek, GA 30097

This event is free to attend, but please RSVP to help us plan accordingly!
